What's Good For Alcohol Abuse?

While some studies seem to suggest that moderate drinking offers some health benefits, it's a fact that heavy drinking offers nothing but health risks. Moderate drinking means a daily intake of no more than 8 ounces of beer, 4 ounces of wine, or 2 ounces of hard liquor. Anything over this amount actually reverses the benefits and should be considered alcohol abuse.
